Asparagus Goat’s Cheese Tart

An easy, healthy, quick and very delicious recipe for a homemade tart.

For the pastry:

100 g of wholewheat flour
100 g of spelt flour
75 ml of olive oil
75 ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt

For the topping:

Green asparagus
Goat’s cheese
Ricotta cheese
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Follow these quick steps:

Mix and knead all ingredients for the pastry and bake at 220 degrees for ca 25 minutes. Cool down for at least 15 minutes. Add the cheese mixture of ricotta and goat’s cheese and green asparagus on top. Bake again another 15 to 20 minutes.
