Asparagus Goat’s Cheese Tart

An easy, healthy and very delicious recipe for a homemade tart.

For the pastry:

3/4 cup of wholewheat flour
3/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/3 of water
1 teaspoon of salt

For the topping:

Green asparagus
Goat’s cheese
Ricotta cheese
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Bake at 220 degrees for ca 25 minutes. Cool down for at least 15 minutes. Add the cheese mixture and green asparagus on top. Bake again for 15-20 minutes.
